Just had a terrible experience with them. I ordered the medium pepperoni feast pizza and the medium mixed seafood pizza through uber eats. When selecting the mixed seafood pizza it forces you on the interface to select a drink and it does not display a price for it, indicating it is part of the pizza, refer attached images where it is still like that and even after adding the drink, the total for that pizza and drink remains at $16. Once the order was placed the restaurant "manually" adjusted the order by $3 without my consent to account for the drink. It is not the customer's fault that they had incorrectly bundled the drink with the pizza. They didnt even call to clarify this before adjusting the value. When I called to complain, their manager named Ali responded with "brother drink is not free". Nobody is asking for your $3 dollar charity, you or your employee signed up and set up your food items on uber and it's your responsibility to get things done correctly instead of making a mistake and passing on the cost of your mistake to the customer. Such a shame since this has been my go to place to get pizza for so long, will definitely not be...
Read moreAfter a day at Melbourne Museum(s), I was looking for a nearby place to have "linner" (late lunch & early dinner combined) Well hungry, I randomly passed by this restaurant, and it retained my attention, and I'm glad I stopped by There are different food options, pizza indeed (in 4 different sizes), but also burgers, wraps, chicken, and more Apart from the food, they even have fresh orange juice, milk shakes, smoothies, and ice cream I personally went for garlic prawns pizza (garlic sauce, mushrooms, prawns, cheese, capsicum), an oregano (zaatar) pizza, along with French orange juice. And to go I had strawberry milkshake Prices are very cheap for Melbourne, which helps seeing a multicultural crowd, bringing a different vibe And it tastes good (amazing value for money) And the last but not the last, staff is friendly, and doing their best to satisfy...
Read moreThis is a gem- what a great find! Super tasty food, very little waiting time (even when they were understaffed and there is many customers including Uber drivers). The owner has excellent values and principles. He brought the food to my table even when he was incredibly busy- courteous that i have children with me. I witnessed him refusing to take money from an Uber driver who accidentally dropped the food. These manners and ethics are extremely hard to find these days! PS: the cheapest and best food I have ever had in Melbourne- got two medium pizza’s, garlic bread and 5 pieces of incredible crispy chicken only for $30! Been looking for a halal option in Melbourne. Tried a few based on google review and all were overpriced with...
