Just so it's clear the above remark is in no way directed towards Bunjilaka but towards Google reviews. Basically if you write a positive review (because you had a positive experience) it gets published but if you had a negative experience you can check a year later and chances are your negative review didn't get through. This is especially true for medical and aged care. I've seen negative comments towards receptionists and cleaners but never someone powerful - like a doctor. Hence you cannot trust Google reviews in respect to medical services. The dodgiest doctors will have a 5 star rating from multiple accounts who have given NO details.
