Le Crois — Restaurant in Melbourne

We just went there and we bought $20 worth of stuff. We asked both staff members if there was any tomato or tomato sauce like ingredients. They said "no", and then said "we dont have those ingredients". My friend asked if I wanted a coffee from Selena and told him "Almond Milk" as Im lactose intolerant on some level.

The 2 staff members asked more questions about his allergy and I said its pretty serious, even a small dose of tomato juice will send him to the hospital emergency room.

When we came home, I took a bite of mine and I tasted a sauce. I dipped my finger in it and noticed it was tomato sauce.

I called that place to explain my frustration as he JUST had an episode 4-5 days ago because someone at home didnt clean a pan properly. They apogised but I told them, it wasnt just one of you, there were 2 of you and both of you said "no tomato". She knew who I was as I mentioned "we came in before and my friend had a tomato allergy". She said "you bought the hashbrown burger".

I suggested in future as the staff dont know what they are serving, and they are gaming with people's lives just to make a sale get a booklet for every item and list the ingredients.

When someone asks, does it have this....they can look at a booklet and check.

The two staff girls who were working had no idea what their products were.

Will I go back? No. Will i take this...

Tonight my husband and I wanted to buy some bread from this store in Glen shopping centre. It was closing time so they were cleaning, but there was some bread still displayed outside for sale. I told them I wanted two of them, but one of their staff, who can speak Chinese and definitely a Chinese, was really really really impolite and got angry to us. I don't understand why she could get angry to a customer, without any reasons, even though it was closing time. Even when I asked her 'why you got angry', her facial expression was winced and she was shouting to us. I still don't know until now why she could get so angry!!!! That's really ridiculous!!!! It's first time I went to the Glen shoppong centre, but this experience is so frustrated. I don't know her name but I can definitely...

I have always picked up my birthday cakes from their Blackburn store where the staff are always courteous, and they now even recognise me.

Today I called up the Glen Waverley store and asked them to keep a black sesame cake for me. I realised it was not a pre-order, so I asked if they would throw in a “happy birthday” chocolate plaque without charge. They agreed. When I arrived, the staff made a big deal of it and were quite obnoxious about throwing in the choc plaque. The young woman deliberately took out the choc plaque and placed it on the top of the cake BOX!!! So very unhygienic!! Then she took it and opened the box and put it on top of the cake. I was too slow to take a photo/video of what she did.

Do not expect good customer service when...
