Nene Chicken The Glen — Restaurant in Melbourne

There were lots of goods and bads with my experience with Nene Chicken. The chicken did taste good and it was very juicy but what I found that it was expensive and the chicken portions were cut smaller than usual. Whilst there were different seasoning, their original flavour was no different to purchasing chicken flavour flour from the local supermarket and cook for yourself with some crushed cornflakes.

With the advent of the air fryer where cooking at home can be roughly the same or just a little longer than purchasing fast food, one would expect that the fast food outlets have flavours that would be better and/or the prices would would match the quality.

Hi Nene Chicken The Glen, I want to make a complain about an unpleasant experience in today between 17:10-17:20. I ordered a large classic range (original 8pcs), and a staff confirmed my order, charged $22.95 by card. However, I received a box of 4pcs! I was in a rush to a celebration with besties so I did not open the box to check what I received is match with my order at the counter. I couldn’t call the staff at the Glen to give them this feedback as soon as I found this mistake because it was 6pm, outside the trading hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! When I went to get nene chicken I ordered 3 original burgers with the swicy sauce and 1 snowy Chili burger each a regular combo and when I received them and with the swicy burgers and the sauce was more on the wrapper than the actual burgers making it a pain to eat with sauce everywhere the bun looked so distorted and the sauce tasted like jam which was unappealing especially being hungry and it just was falling apart and not an enjoyable experience. While the chips on the other hand tasted like it was cooked in old oil which should be concerning as it's not very hygienic each burgers costing $18 each and the only good thing about the meal was the Coca-Cola which they didn't even made, honestly they should stop with this or at least work on...
