Ordered 2 wraps on Friday 16 May at 12:15pm.

The two pieces of chicken were burnt but the staff continued to use them. She tried to cut off the burnt areas, but did not do a good job. Burnt BLACK areas were still visible on the meat. She told us it was the "crispy edge" and pretended not to know what we were talking about.

The manager confirmed that the meat was burnt and discarded them, replacing them with non-burnt pieces.

While we were making our complaint to the manager, the staff member making the wraps who tried to deceive us (young chubby Indian girl) went out the back and had a giggle with the tall guy who burnt the meat.

This is unprofessional conduct. If I were the owner, I would have a rethink about hiring policies, whether appropriate or sufficient training has been given to staff and whether trying to gaslight...

Great food, terrible workers.

I ordered on the tablets upfront which did not print a receipt. I waited at the pick up area, where I heard my name getting called. The worker handed over the paper bag but the second someone else came next to me in the pick up area, she held back my bag - didn’t want to hand it over. Until she’s convinced this other women wasn’t after my order. I genuinely think your worker will give this other lady my order if she said it’s hers.

She said - oh it’s your order. (Of course it is) I felt she was disrespectful.

I only bought because my son asks for Schnitz all the time. Good food, bad service. Your workers can make or break your franchise.

This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced, Josh and Paige may be the most rude people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. I got a burger meal and asked for substitutions when I tried to explain the burger was made wrong and I’d like them to remake it, I was informed that they wouldn’t and they proceeded to tell me that I had ordered it wrong even while the showed them the receipt to prove I was right. I will NEVER be coming here again I’d rather drive anywhere else than give them a single cent of my money and I’ll be sure to make sure family and friends do the same. I’m telling everyone I know how terrible Josh and Paige were. Paige being the rudest out...
