San Churro Plenty Valley — Restaurant in Melbourne

I am giving two stars for service as I was called "rude" because I asked about my order being late. Knowing that im going to be waiting for a while, I decided to skip the store line and order on doordash app for pick up.

I patiently waited while others who came after me get their orders and leave. First I was told there is a 10 min wait for the order to come through then was told there is another 10mins wait for the churros by the curly hair girl on the coffee machine after getting mocha who was kind to ask. Pick up time 9:05 came and was told another 5mins by the girl in the apron.

I was never, not even once used any form of fowl language or thrown anything while patiently waiting. I have seen far worse rudeness from working in a medical clinic and yet I was "rude" for questioning about my order. They DIDNT even take note of my order for the churro at all even though there were many staff and they were all focusing on the new orders. At the end of it all, I still said thank you for the food

Food and drinks is excellent and delicious, the atmosphere is lively, which is why I come every night...

absolutely Horrible customer service, older lady at the counter was just rude, unwelcoming, and so cold. when serving us she practically threw it down on the table as if she hates us and is forced to give us our food and drink, no reply to any thank yous, no smile, no greeting. when asking about the menu at the counter it was just judgy, annoyed and frustrated tone, Not our fault no one is providing the details of things that arent on the menu yet still can be ordered.. if its such a bother when someone is asking questions you can just explain some things beforehand like how they serve coffee but it isnt on the menu.

Staffs customer service is crucial to the experience of going out , it ruins others day when they lack it. if they dont like the job maybe just quit and dont act so frustrated when you have to do your job and speak nicely to customers when were literally...

I went with my family and we were a pretty big family everyone went to the register all together and explained what they wanted, my daughter her cousin and her 3 other cousins each of them wanted a plate of churros for 1 and EACH of them asked 1 by 1 and we paid 89.90$ I got a latte my daughter got a oreo milkshake her 2 cousins got a red drink (i dont know what its called) and her aunty asked for a plate of churros for 1 aswell. Each of them asked 1 by 1 mark my words and the lady gave us 2 plates because the plate has 2 churros each, she thought we just wanted 2 plates for 4 churros even though each 1 said they wanted one. When we went to ask about it the lady went to check the cameras and technically called us a liar. I dont not recommend this place staff are horrible. Fix your business...
