Margo's Fine Chocolate & Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have been visiting this coffee shop over 3 years now.. Some staff are really rude and arrogant And never apologetic..infact they throw attitude like it comes free with the coffee.. The owners need to train some good customer service /etiquettes to their staff. In fact they should learn from the Hill staff how to treat their clients..

I was in yesterday 2nd Nov 2024 around 3ish I always order for small coffee's,but the waitress was not paying attention when she took my order.. My coffee was done and just sitting there.. I was waiting outside no one bothered to come out.. When i came to get my coffee it was a medium not a small one as i requested. There was no apology..nothing.. Infact i got more attitude..with 50 cents back.. Im not getting my coffee for free..im.paying money for the coffee.. Its very sad..you want to help small business..but if they dont care about their clients ..why shd the client bother.. Very disappointed.. All good staff leave this place ..now they are left with all the ones that lack etiquettes.. Word of mouth is...

Stopped by here between basketball games with my 3 boys who have 3 different tastes in food each got food at different take away joints surrounding the cafe but I wanted to try the ice chocolate and my hubby wanted a milkshake from this place so we ordered from this Cafe...my boys decided to sit at the tables outside the cafe to start eating take away...after I ordered and paid for the 2 drinks equally more than one meal id already ordered for boys in the take away... the waitress asked if that was my son sitting and eating at the table outside I said yes she asked if we could move away cause the cafe is an eatery and she would bring the take away drinks out...I said OK cause i knew we werent staying long but also said I've just ordered from you too...Thought this was quite rude considering it was a child eating subway and I'd just contributed to the business...

Wont be back.. to start with my friend crossed her legs under the table and her knee stuck to the table leaving a stain on her jeans instantly. We looked under the tables and discovered lots of mould. The waitress had her long black hair out leaving it free to hang over food as she bought it out.. My partners food came out on broken plate. They did give a free coffee while he had to wait for the meal to be remade however the coffee was scolding hot and couldnt be drank over the next 20minutes or so that we were there for.. 3 of us had poached eggs, all of them were overcooked, the tomato was undercooked and hard, the avocado was brown, the unbuttered toast was dry and cold and hard and most of the bacon was undercooked. I dont normally leave reviews but this was such a bad breakfast experience for...
