Wow I am not surprised at all reading all the horrible reviews on this HORRIBLE & FILTHY LOW CLASS McDonald's. The management and staffs in this fast food needs a full re training of customer service skill, proper hygiene standards and grooming standards. They need to learn how to serve customers in an Australian standard level of customer service and not some caves and mountainous low class behaviours. Whoever own this joint is a shame. Shame on you McDonald's for running such low standards fast food restaurant in this poor and low quality customer service way. I understand most of the staff are from diverse backgrounds but I am ashamed of how these people present customer service in this business. Shame on you for having to run a business like this. Your standards lack any decent and basic skills. One day your staffs will be in far too much trouble outside of their working environment. Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a lady with an Indian decent. She seemed more preoccupied with their phone than taking my order, barely acknowledging my presence. Despite placing my order clearly, it was as if my words disappeared into thin air. Minutes ticked by agonizingly slowly as I watched other customers receive their meals while mine remained nowhere in sight.
When my order finally arrived, it was not what I had requested. The fries were cold, the burger lukewarm, and the overall presentation lacked the usual care and attention to detail. Attempting to address the issue with the staff proved futile, as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves to bother with my concerns.
This experience left me deeply disappointed. As someone who has always enjoyed the convenience and consistency of McDonald's, encountering such poor customer service was unexpected and disheartening. Read moreAs a loyal customer who frequently orders from this cMcDonald's location, I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience on Saturday, April 13th, around 1:30 am. Despite being the only McDonald's I patronize, the night shift crew's performance fell far below expectations.
Upon arrival, I found tables piled high with leftovers and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. However, what truly soured my experience was the rude behavior of the staff, particularly one female employee who appeared to be of Indian descent. When I politely requested napkins to clean a dirty table, she responded curtly and only provided them after completing another order.
This isn't the first time I've encountered such unprofessionalism during late-night visits, and it's becoming a recurring issue. It's disheartening to witness such poor customer service, especially when it seems to be a pattern among the night shift staff.
If employees find it challenging to maintain quality service during late hours, perhaps they should reconsider their availability for night shifts altogether.
