If I could rate this place 0, I would. Long line in drive through, so went in. Big mistake.
Placed order via App. Waited 10mins. Orders being called randomly. Saw orders being picked up by the wrong customers. 10-15 wait time is ok, when busy but anything more is ridiculous!
Overheard other customers saying they've been waiting more than 30 mins, then saw part of their order picked up by someone else. The team members didn't appear to care & didn't offer replacement food. They stood around talking to each other & ignoring customers. Customers had delayed orders (more than 20mins); missing items or incomplete orders. Ubereats or Menulog delivery drivers were being served 1st & consistently. Customers in drive thru, were served ahead of those inside the restaurant.
Now 25 mins waiting, still no order. Went up to counter. Asked girl with long dark brown hair in plait, how long? She asked for my receipt. Showed her the tax invoice email. She then went over to section near chip fryer, spoke to colleague then went to chip bay and stood there.
Asked another female member where the order was, showing her the invoice. She looked at me vaguely. I then requested a refund. She said ok. Then 1st team team member came back, asking for my order number. 2nd team member then walked away & bought bag of food back. She asked me what drinks had I ordered. Explained 3 lge cappucinos. She then grabbed 2 coffees & plonked them in front of me. This was 35 mins after ordering. I should have insisted on the refund but didn't.
A deaf man behind me, whose order was called out but he couldn't hear. Someone grabbing part of his order, so things missing.
Last coffee arrived. Went to the table. 2 coffees not warm. Food not wrapped properly. One egg & bacon muffin, missing the egg. No serviettes. And overall average tasting meal, at best Not happy! Another customer told us that it's always this bad.
Also noticed how dirty the dining area was. Pickles stuck to the sign, on the wall above my dad's head. Food stuck to other walls. Rubbish all over floor. Other customers complaining of missing or wrong items. Customers walking out, without orders. And now reading previous reviews, things have clearly been pretty bad for a while!
If I was McDonalds HQ, I would close the place for deep cleaning & retrain of all the team members.
Most McDonalds outlets are busy. They acknowledge & apologise to waiting customers & serve as soon as they can. And most of the young team members are pleasant.

Read moreHaven't been inside this store for a long time thanks to a bad service experience and constantly faulty machinery, decided to give it another shot on the first hot day of the season. We stop in at 8:00 at night and the store has maybe 8 customers in it, not particularly busy, and order 5 frozen drinks and 5 soft serves from the kiosk and request table service. After 5 minutes a staff member comes and tells us that of all their frozen flavours, only 4 are working. We begrudgingly change our order to suit, then 5 minutes later another staff member comes to tell us that none of their frozen drinks are working. We ask for a refund on the drinks and ask for the soft serves. 5 minutes later again, we have now been here for almost 20 minutes, we receive our refund for the frozen drinks. We wait a further 20 minutes and still no ice cream. I eventually approach the counter and have to request my order be filled. I hear that they melted whilst waiting for someone to bring them out. Finally after another 10 minutes we receive our ice creams, that are horribly melted and inedible. Over 50 minutes wait for 5 melted soft serve ice creams in a relatively quiet store is ridiculous. We left after wasting nearly an hour of our time.
Leaving people waiting that long is completely unacceptable.
Having an item available for purchase at an in store kiosk when it is unavailable is ridiculous.
Running a business of this size, turnover and profit and having constantly faulty machinery is ridiculous.
Trying to fix the situation with a voucher for 6 nuggets and a small chips that expires in less than two weeks is not only unacceptable, it is an insult.
I won't be back here again, and no one else should waste their time here either.

But in saying that it was busy and in a place like fast food giant McDonald's there wheel's just perpetually keep turning. I do think that a company as huge as this should give a little bit more back to the public since it was/is this factor that made this company a law of averages in the fast food world of Mother Earth such as the straws and polyurethane foam and coating on there wrappers food and contents as such is privileged for a company who in theory could get away with more and are pretty good smart and fairly efficient these days and for a store that's in every couple of suburbs basically and if course the McDonald's M the golden arches it is a law of averages and something our kids and us have grown up with and I believe that your a product of your environment and cleanliness is next to Godliness is just a change that could and should become second to none. And talking about totally second to none just like some customers I met newly found clothes and the brand CRIMINALI in which I must say are beautiful garments for the ladies and assorted professional skateboard and sports threads and point out to the public the disgusting injustice of the Police of all thing's being a phedaphile rings in its high rank disgusting keep the kid's innocent life's hard enough and God bless McDonald's for user and child safe facilities with digital surveillance to make us and our children feel safe and besides that absolutely beautiful and overly sufficient modern and contemporary designs...
