McDonald's St Albans — Restaurant in Melbourne

Had the worst experience we've had at any Macca's to date here. Around 12-1pm on Sunday 11/12, my friend ordered McCafe drinks at St Albans Maccas. 1 iced latte, 1 coffee frappe and 1 hot cap and was asked to wait in the waiting bay for her drinks which of course she patiently waited for (however this seems to be a regular occurrence at this maccas so it was no different to any other time from my own experience as well). An employee brought over her drinks and she could see in her side mirror she was rushing ahead and that the drinks were spilling over a little. She came over to her window and pretty much threw the drink tray at her and rushed off. One of the drinks lids wasn't on the iced latte and as she "threw" it over the drink spilt all over her clothes and her car. She was drenched! My friend was rightfully furious by this treatment and she followed the employee into the Maccas. She walked in and the person who had handed her the drinks pretty much rushed away to escape her responsibilities. My friend asked another employee "could I please have some serviettes, the girl who handed me my drinks drenched me with my coffees and it's all over me and the car" to which she just grouched "you're not supposed to be in here!". My friend apologised and explained that she just needed some serviettes to dry herself, the employee just rolled her eyes and asked my friend to wait while she went to get serviettes. She went further in to find the manager and found the young female manager at the counter. My friend explained to her what just happened and the manager replied with an attitude, "yeah it's all good, it's all good. We are getting your drinks done again". She avoided eye contact with me and kept dealing with her staff and orders. I can't believe the shocking treatment my friend had here without an actual apology from the manager either. Experience as on 22/07/2023 - Same terrible experience, when you order family mcvalue box which costs 44.95$, the staff will stuff up your order. If you don't check your items in your family mealbox, you will be either missing 2 burgers or 20 nuggets from the order. This is ongoing issue with this outlet. I request customers to check your family box order and ensure to get all items. This staff members are definitely upto something, either they steal from customers order and take home or sell this collected burgers from customers order. MAC DONALD MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS ONGOING STEALING FROM STAFF MEMBERS.

experience as on 13/10/2021 - These staff members seems to be selling out the burger patties after their workhours. I order a mcspicy burger and they have replaced the patty with nuggets. Never trust these guys when your order here and please make sure to check your burger patties too..Fluffing Worst services ever and maccas too seems to taking it easy with reviews.

Tbh, I always had a bad experience with St.Alban's mc donalds. They have one job to do and always they dont fulfil your family meal box, atleast 5 to 6 times i had missing 20pc nuggets in my mealbox.Staff needs to be questioned why this happens so frequently specially in the takeaway mealboxes.Something dodgy i would say. Mac donald's should investigate on this missing items if the staff try to save them up for their late night parties? 2022 update - Bit better staff than previous ones or may be pandemic gave lots of time for customer service skill...

Only ever been through the drive through here. Generally average food, as you would expect from any McDonald's. If my housemates order uber maccas, they always order from a much further maccas. As a local and a penny pincher refusing to pay delivery from my closest McDonald's, I tend to drive and visit this store the most. I find my order wrong more than 70% of the time. I always just double check before driving off. Check your burgers, I usually get the wrong burger and missing condiments or missing drink/ice cream. Quite often I end up in a waiting bay for a while. I am yet to have a 5+/10 experience here. Customer service at night is atrocious. The workers (two night shift girls in particular) have an attitude from the moment you start ordering. They seem to hate their job, I don't blame them but it is taken too far into their interactions with customers. My most recent interaction was met with a nasty attitude, making me feel uncomfortable. The drive through was unattended and I sat at the speaker box and first window waiting for any sign of life. Went to the last window after a few minutes and was rudely greeted with staring like I was unwanted, had to ask multiple times if I was able to order. I had to drive around again. I was the only customer the whole time but it was still a timely experience. I will definitely be avoiding this maccas and driving an extra 10+ minutes out of my way to other...
