From the moment I walked in the door I could see that the seating area was dirty. We looked around for a clean table (there were lots of tables available) only to realise that not one of them was indeed clean ....though there was no rubblish left on them there was however bits of food and general mess all over them ....we chose one and my wife had to use a wipe she had in her bag to clean the table before we felt comfortable to sit at it .....It was 2pm on a Saturday and the toilets were FILTHY .... with last night's vomit still in the urinal and rubbish etc all over the floor .... there was a sign on the wall asking the reader to report any problems in the bathroom to the manager .... however given its state I really didn't think there was any point. After using the toilet and trying not to touch anything I realised i wanted to wash my hands .... no soap ... taps looked filthy ....so I looked for a hand sanitiser dispenser...not in the bathroom that i could find lest it too might have been covered in the general mess found there ....lots around in the restaurant itself however nothing in them.... I could see that they had been / were busy but really ! I remember last century when I was a secondary student and working part-time at the old McDonald's in Greensborough that if we were rostered to work in the dinning room that we were constantly cleaning and that the manager would inspect it on a regular basis to make sure it was clean ..... there is no way in hell that this had been cleaned or, indeed, checked by anyone through the day ..... don't think I'll head back to this any time soon ! Oh and to make things worse .... the food itself was luke warm when we received it ........my advice ...head to another restaurant...

A lack of training appears to be one factor affecting work performances, the delivery of food in a timely manner is extremely poor.
