I recently visited a McDonald's restaurant and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The first issue I encountered was the condition of the restaurant itself. It was dirty and unkempt, with trash scattered on the floor and tables that were not properly wiped down. The bathrooms were also in a disgusting state, with overflowing trash cans and dirty sinks. It was clear that the staff was not taking proper care to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, which is a huge red flag for any establishment that serves food.
Aside from the cleanliness issues, the food itself was a major disappointment. I specifically asked for my burger to be cooked well done, but when I took a bite, it was still pink in the middle. This is not the first time I've had issues with undercooked food at McDonald's, and it's unacceptable. Not only was the burger undercooked, but it tasted stale and unappealing. I ended up throwing it away after a few bites.
In addition to the undercooked food, the staff at this location were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. I was ignored at the counter and had to flag someone down to place my order. When I asked for extra ketchup, the employee rolled their eyes and huffed as if it was an inconvenience. It was clear that they did not care about the customers and were just going through the motions.
Furthermore, I have heard that McDonald's has a history of paying its workers low wages and providing poor working conditions. As a customer, this is a concern for me and makes me question the ethics of the company as a whole. It's hard to enjoy my meal when I know that the people preparing it are not being fairly compensated or treated well.
In conclusion, my experience at this McDonald's was extremely disappointing. The dirty restaurant and undercooked food were both major issues, and the rude staff only added to my negative impression of the company. I will not be returning to this McDonald's or any other location, and do not recommend...
Read moreI cannot begin to express the sheer horror and disappointment I experienced during my recent visit to McDonald's. I ordered a seemingly harmless burger, but what I received was nothing short of a health hazard.
Upon unwrapping my burger, I was greeted with the nauseating sight of a raw patty sitting there like a ticking time bomb. It was a clear indication that the basic standards of food safety and quality control are non-existent in this establishment.
I shudder to think about the potential health risks I was subjected to by the reckless disregard for proper cooking procedures. This incident reflects a complete lack of responsibility on the part of McDonald's to ensure the well-being of its customers.
The audacity to serve raw meat is a slap in the face to paying customers who expect nothing less than a safe and enjoyable dining experience. It's a blatant betrayal of trust and a stark reminder of the corporate greed that places profits above customer safety.
I implore anyone reading this review to seriously reconsider setting foot in this McDonald's location. Your health and well-being are clearly not a priority for them, and one can only wonder what other corners they are cutting behind the scenes.
In conclusion, my encounter with the raw patty at McDonald's was not only stomach-turning but also deeply disturbing. I urge you to think twice before subjecting yourself to such a disheartening and potentially dangerous ordeal. This establishment should be ashamed of itself for putting its customers' health at risk.

Read moreNot pleased. Recently had some chips and they were half full. As an ex employee at this store, I can confirm to all of those who are upset about wait times or the quality of the food, that the staff really do not care. I used to watch them do the fries all the time and they'd never fill it up all the way, and when I'd ask why they'd say it IS full or its because they need to make "more fries". If you'd like to know why it takes so long to get your food, its because all the staff are too immersed in gossip sessions about god knows what. Their lack of care for customers and being a popular franchise is just a grab for cash. They only care about your cash and not your experience. Again, being an ex employee, I can confirm the managers are extremely childish and lack management skills that you should expect a manager to have. So don't bother levelling any complains to them because all they'll do is give you a shitty excuse, then a refund and send you on your way. Don't even bother with contacting head office. As soon as management finds out about head office are in touch, they'll suck up to head office and then go back to what they were doing before. Don't bother. Only advice I can give is to either buy from a small locally owned business, or...
