Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a Big Mac burger (plus my two friends meals) with extra pickles. At home, I opened the burger to rearrange the pickles as they usually just put them in one spot and what did I find? A baby cockroach! My friends and I were disgusted. I called the store and spoke with the 'manager' who was extremely rude and called me a liar, stating they had fumigated two days prior. I find that hard to believe. Upon telling me that she would not help me or refund my meal because I couldn't make it there in half an hour due to peak traffic (despite saying I'd come right afterwards) and not to mention my friends were eating, I advised I was going to escalate the issue externally. I asked for her name and she hung up on me! I've since called the McDonald's head office and am sending the cockroach back for testing. I'm also looking at what other options I have to take this further. Read moreGotta award a five star to this particular McDonald’s establishment as a couple of weeks ago I received the best chocolate sundae of my entire adult life…. which sounds crazy but it truly was. And there was not some great or bad day before it, nothing to give it an extra glimmer. In fact, on this mundane evening, I sat in my car after drive through and enjoyed this particular sundae.
The generosity of chocolate and the perfect balancing amongst the vanilla soft service ice cream was sublime. Not for many years have I enjoyed a McDonald’s treat and thought the taste was perfect.
This one wasn’t even particularly beautiful. Now there may have been extra effort out into this one or it could have just been one of many factory line produced sundaes… but for some reason or other, I just lucked out on the perfectly combined one. For that, I am thankful. And for that I am leaving my first ever five star to a fast food restaurant. Read more24.5.3019 at 11.40pm. Staff needs to be trained to listen and provide customer service! I wanted to simply order two large soda water with no ice. I had to repeat myself twice at drive through. When I went to pay the young lady she said you order water and I just said yes as I couldn’t be bothered repeating myself after 10 hours work shift. She told me to go through. Another young lady that gives the complete order was so rude in attitude, unprofessional customer service etc. I told her about the situation, she said we told take payments here. I told her I refuse to go around the drive through due to the staff unable to listen. She did take my order and payment. Again she was going to put ice in it. I told her no ice! How hard is it to get 2 large soda water with no ice???!!! I don’t know if she was the manager or not but told her team and herself need to be trained in providing great customer service and listening! No apology for mistake nothing but attitude!
