A manager made my burger (bacon angus), without bacon?! and missing a slice of cheese too. Needless to say his cutting corners sets a bad example and his lack of conscientiousness exemplifies poor leadership qualities upon the other staff. There are various flavours of indifference on the menu to experience but carelessness is simply tastelessness.
Update: Preamble: Manager working counter, 2 pimply young dude covering kitchen, seemed like good blokes if not a bit green.
Ordered 20 nuggets on the breakfast menu, asked the manager for them fresh. The manager asks the boys to cook them fresh. The beepers and the alarms were all absolutely going off on a morning and it made the store sound less like a Melbourne track and more like a hurricane warning system. There was a half cut bag of decaf split on the floor just sitting there. I informed the manager and he picked it up. Wait like 15 minutes in there on Sunday morning, but it wasn't only me waiting there everyone waited around while the manager sat there on his hands at the counter. Nuggets came out cold and twice cooked, sauce was 2 Big Mac and 1 Mc Chicken when I ordered 2 Mc Chicken and 1 Big Mac. Nuggets were so bad I started feeding them to the pigeons.

Read moreLet's start with the positive; when I actually received what I ordered - mostly a CYC burger/menu, it has tasted quite nice. HOWEVER, there have now been a great number of occasions where either myself or my colleagues simply did not receive what we ordered or one order was forgotten, etc. Yesterday it was my turn. My colleague and I ordered a similar CYC salad. He received his quite timely and I did not receive anything for 25 minutes. When I asked, I was told "it was already done" which was hardly the case because I had no salad in front of me. Once I clarified, it took another 10 minutes (yes, I waited for 35 minutes for a McDonald's a meal) until my number was finally called up. It turns out they had forgotten the chips. When I asked them about it, they said, I'd have to wait another 5 minutes for the chips and I thanked them and left - without the chips. By that time I had to take the salad away (rather than eat with my colleagues as intended) and when I got to the office, I realised that the salad was missing the cheese. This was - by the way - in addition to my colleague not receiving any chicken on his chicken salad as part of the same order. Not only are these people incapable of delivering (particularly CYC orders) in a timely fashion, they are not very nice about it either. I don't believe I'll be back...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting service from the lady who was in charge on Sunday 20th August 2023 on the Night Shift. I ordered a burger and fries at 11:58PM. The restaurant had not even 10 orders on the screen and about 4 people inside waiting for food. After waiting 32 minutes for my food and hearing several other people complain as to the extreme waits I decided to ask what was happening and how long it would be. She was so extremely rude telling me “If I don’t want to wait I can have a refund and get out of her restaurant” she then said it’s not her fault she has a whole new crew on who she is training and is the only person who knows what she is doing, kind of strange she decided to position herself front of house taking orders and leaving newbies in the back cooking with no idea. She was so rude to every person that spoke to her and even refusing to serve people who were paying on card and telling them they can use the machine to order or get out. This lady needs to be retrained or more to the point find a new job and customer service isn’t her thing. I even witnessed one guy wait over 10 minutes just for a Fanta!
