My family and I loved strolling through the lush, sprawling grounds and taking in the stunning view of the Melbourne skylineâit's such a unique perspective of the city! We spent a lot of time bird watching and took countless photos, which was easy given how picturesque every corner is.
The real highlight was exploring Guilfoyle's Volcano, a fantastic and unexpected feature. This ornamental reservoir is a breathtaking and unique landscape that added a touch of adventure to our walk. It's a testament to the garden's rich history and design.

There was minimal litter, flourishing wildlife, nourishing food and well maintained environments and facilities. All the staff present were accommodating and cordial, being very tolerant of our interview questions. After spending a whole days worth at the gardens, there were minimal instances where we found ourselves feeling overcrowded or overwhelmed. Alongside this, areas facing erosion or trampling were well managed, with fences and barriers placed to prevent any further damage.
