All the benefits of a hotel with the comfort of a luxe AirBNB (but the hotel is cleaner and better maintained than an AirBNB!). We stayed here for 8 nights with our fur-child in a king studio with balcony and were very comfortable. We slept so well the bed is really comfy, the water pressure is excellent, the room has smart luggage storage with hanging space and the wardrobe fit suits and coats with lots of hangers. There are plenty of flat surfaces for your own items and powerpoints to charge devices, and the location is perfect in a quiet pocket only 5min walk to Anzac Station on St Kilda Rd. A neutral room colour palette is calming and working on your laptop is easy at the dining table (or head to the lobby as there are powerpoints near the tables and order a barista-made coffee!). Great variety available for breakfast, and quality was excellent. Each floor has a chilled filtered water station which is a huge plus for us road-trippers as there is no need to shop and carry around bottled water. Car parking is available at a cost so be sure to book with your accommodation. The guest laundry is clean and well maintained (front loader washer and heat-pump condenser dryer) just take your own washing liquid/powder. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoy being there. We were made to feel so welcome, even our fur-baby, and it was an absolute joy to see good doggies walking through the lobby on their lead going to their room. We are regular visitors to Melbourne for work and to visit family, and this will now be where we stay.

Read moreAbsolutely loved our stay here. It was very comfortable. The hotel is brand-new so everything just seemed spic and span. The staff at reception are extremely friendly. Easy to navigate you through the facilities over there and check-in was seamless. The rooms itself were beautifully designed furniture in place and we had a room with kitchen facilities so it just everything seem to work. the bathrooms are spacious and the housekeeping staff are extremely friendly whenever you run into them in the lobby. breakfast was included in our Room rate and I have to say it was just fantastic fresh food. Nothing was too Much to ask for. Food was prepared with a lot of love and just packed flavoir and was very good quality. The seating are there is also nice and comfortable . the location is perfect. It’s near trams walking distance to Clarendon and South Melbourne markets. Also the there are many restaurants around there so food wise you’re pretty okay with access to amazing Melbourne food. the only comment we had was that the bed was a little too soft for us otherwise overall great. Thank you and will happily...
Read moreAverage. They say they’re pet friendly but it’s a surprising $150 fee per stay so even if you stay 1 night the fee is the same and nothing is included for that like other hotels. Does not say this when you book as you can’t add a pet in booking.
I was on L1 and it’s very noisy from street traffic and windy.
It’s a basic hotel with a microwave. So not great value for money. Yes it’s new but the rug was filthy already. There’s a gap in the balcony so beware if you have a small dog as can get through to next door.
I requested an accessible room with my booking as a member preference but not given. It seems you have to pay more for one. Disability tax!
I’ve stayed at more dog friendly and better value hotels with a lower pet fee that include treats, a bed and bowels such as AC Marriott and Elements. Where there’s a free evening drinks hour too. Just request a microwave.
I emailed the manager 5 days ago and no reply. Nights not added in member app and had to request receipt.
Staff were mixed - a couple good, some meh.
Seems reviews and videos on the socials are by instafluffers as we had a...
