The experience at this store has to be the worst ever, there are rude, don't take ownership of their mistakes and the manager is very dismissive towards the customer. I went to the counter to talk to her and I just stood there next to the order register and she just ignored me, she served two customers who walked up to the counter after me and then had the nerve to say it's my fault because I wasn't standing infront of the registers. This in it's self is disgusting puting the blame onto the customer who just happened to be standing there to talk to the manager. This is the standard here in Mt Waverley Victoria and they should be ashamed of them selves. This is the fourth time I have been here either for food or just a coffee with friends, and on each occasion we would order coffee and we would be waiting over half hour for said coffies, this is beyond disgusting service, I complained to the so called manager who was at the least very much not interested in my complaint about the situation, but thought it was ok to just walk away from me as I was explaining what had happened and before I even finished explaining the situation. The so called manager used the excuse that they called out my order number, well I had no number for the order, nor was I given on either, the I advised the manager I was given a number for table delivery / service, so it should have been delivered to me directly, again was very disappointing in her attitude and she never apologized to me for the same reacurring mistake. As manager of a store it's very disappointing on how she handled the situation, I took am self employed and was in hospitality industry for over two decades and that was not how I or my staff would treat a customer who had a complaint to make,vwe would pull mum/ her aside and let them talk to explain their experience and then we would firstly apologize for the mistake or for poor service, the i would make recommendations to solve the issue and have a happy customer whobwill continue to be a customer and not an advertisement person telling everyone about his/ her experience in that very poor managed store. So start off with, Mc Donald’s have lots of good sides. Some are: Fries, chicken nuggets, onion rings and etc. The sides are really good.
Another thing is, the burgers there are AMAZING!!! If u didn’t know, there are a lot of different types of burgers so you’ll definitely find one that suits you.
And also the breakfast items are really good. Some of the breakfast items are,: Mc sausage ( burger) hash brown breakfast muffin etc. If you want the breakfast items, then make sure you are quick!!! U can’t buy the breakfast items after a certain time!
The desserts are really good as well. One of my favorites has to be the Mc flurry! It’s so good and you can choose if you want m&m or Oreo crumbs. And if you want chocolate or vanilla ice-cream.
Another one I always eat are the Mc pops. They have really good texture and filling in the middle. There are 3 flavors, they are: Chocolate, strawberry and biscoff. I like the strawberry the most but the other ones are also good.

Read moreHorrible experience at this McDonald’s on March 2, 2025, between 8:50 and 9:00 PM. My friend placed an online order, but due to a system glitch, the wrong items appeared. To avoid blocking the drive-thru, he asked them to cancel it and reordered. When we went back through, the new order showed up on the screen but couldn’t be processed—likely due to another system issue. The drive-thru staff tried to help, but the supervisor/manager rudely told us, "If you can't make the order, get out." We were being reasonable, so the way we were treated was completely unacceptable.
Later, I went through the drive-thru in a separate car and had another terrible experience. My order was missing an item, and the staff didn’t acknowledge it, nor did they respond when I thanked them. Their attitude was rude and dismissive.
