Firstly they couldn't make any coffee so I was asked to come back. I went to another coffee place then came back to get a muffin. I was then told that the card machine wasn't ready and could I come back in 5 minutes, so I then went to the cash machine came back and paid for my muffin. They had notes in the till so I had to wait while they came back with some notes. After sitting down and trying to eat the muffin it was quite dry, so I approached the counter to request another pat of butter and was told it would cost me 30 cents.... Worse customer service and at no point did anyone apologise...

Read moreAs of this morning there were no prices displayed.Not on the items in the display case,not on the price board and no brochures available.I asked how I could see a pricelist and was told (we don't do that.)Well it's illegal not to state the price of food items for sale.I would hate to think if people didn't ask the price they may be overcharged.Especially given the elderly clientele who have been enjoying cheap coffee there for years and trust the business.Also not ok to be telling a young staff member to enforce your illegal...
