Amazing sushi! Visited for the 1st time today. I'd normally go to another store in the centre but had a bad experience so thought I'd try here. I am so glad I did! The hand rolls are HUGE! Others a couple of chomps & they are gone but not these ones! The variety is vast & has something for everyone's tastes. The rolls are ultra fresh & taste like they are made with high quality ingredients. The lady who served me was very polite & helpful & couldn't do enough for me. She was patient while I was undecided on what flavours I wanted & quick to respond when I said or pointed out what I wanted. Prices are basically on par with everywhere else mayb 10c more on general but with the size of the serve that 10c sure doesn't matter to me! Thank you for a yummy...

Terrible customer service. I went there only because the food’s nice. The staff member, named ‘Sing’ was extremely rude. It seems like he has gotten off from the wrong side of his bed. He refused to serve me and stopped a trainee too to serve me. Look, you’re not the biggest business in Australia. Don’t bring your bad attitude to this beautiful country and spread it around. Serve the customers with respect and with a smile instead being grumpy and having a long face. You make money for your survival because of the customers. Decent enough sushi, good for the price. This store is part of the food area in Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre. Service is pretty standard compared to other franchises - fast, no nonsense, address customer (not necessarily with a smile), process payment, move on to next style. They have a mini seating area which was great as I was feeling peckish and could have a sit down for a quick bite before continuing with some more errands at the centre, without having to scour for a seat nearby. Tried sashimi ($12.30) and salmon sushi roll ($4.50). No surcharge....
