Nacool's Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

The owner is my dads mate the pizza is nice they will make it how you want if there adding something you don't like tell them not to, if you order extra's they never charge anyone they do stuffed crust, thin crust, no crust, they will make any pizza you want add any toppings sauce etc. The reason their toppings change ? normally a Mexicana comes with green capsicum if the fruit shop has the red or yellow ones on sale they will buy them and as for the chicken every Monday and Thursday they roast their own chickens and strip the meat off for pizza other shops buy frozen chicken topping. As for the vegetables they use everything is fresh bought weekly or fortnightly all other shops it's frozen and the rest of the condiments cheese, olives, sauce, salami, ham is supplied by my uncle they buy the standard a lot of other shops buy not the best not the cheapest cause remember their only charging 10 or 11 dollars for a large you get what you paid for otherwise you can always go to the city and pay 20 to 25 dollars a pizza but for the area and price it's top pizza can't complain. Also some people will say stay away cause it's halal the only difference between halal and not halal is when they kill the animal they will say a prayer and slice the jugular vein where a normal abattoir will just shoot the animal in the head with a bolt or electrocute at least halal are giving thanks to the animal and God with a nice prayer. very nice food if something is wrong just tell them and they will try and fix it they are very friendly dont just come online and complain tell them then they can try and improve. I'll be frank with my experience at this place. While waiting for my purchase, I saw one of the old blokes fixing pizza at the front counter chuck medicine in his mouth and his fingers literally touched his lips, then grabbed the water bottle to drink. Mind you he had no gloves on either but resumed on shredding toppings on the pizza without washing his hands. Then when I was about to pay my order, I thought the other man seems like the owner were about to hand over the EFTPOS but rather, he grabbed my card and walked inside and tap it for me like not trustworthy at all. Nacool's pizza are great. I was initially inspired by their Marinara, which has enough seafood for all the seafood lovers, including the very tasty salted anchovies. Tonight I had Nacool's for a birthday party and it was brilliant, we all liked it. The flavours are spot on and the meat and cheese seem to be of a quality that lend themselves to nice flavouring.
