Well, let me start by saying that it ruined our Valentine's Evening. Made a reservation for two people one week prior to Valentine's Day. Upon arriving we were seated at a table where we waited approximately 15 minutes for a waiter to come to us. We called over a waiter and asked for a menu, upon returning he stated that the menu was for drinks only as the evening was Banquet only.

Well to our dismay we questioned as to why we were not advised when making the reservation. We perused the banquet menu but as my partner is anaphylactic to certain foods the choices were minimal. This place has gone down hill. Smaller portions. Food all tastes the same. They kept 'running out of ingredients' for the handmade dishes. Used to come here all the time every week or two. Had my 21st birthday here. Literally loved this place. But after I started finding hairs in my food I stopped coming here. Decided to give it another try after years. Waited 30 minutes inbetween entrees and mains. The steamed vegetables were atrocious. Barely cooked. And they steamed the butt of a lettuce too which is just disrespectful aswell as to give only the butt of a bok choy too, essentially 'steamed scraps' with x3 pieces of brocolli..
