Otter's Promise — Restaurant in Melbourne

Nothing but love for Otter's promise!! We have been visiting for years, and though we have a tonne of bottle shops a short walk from our house we would rather drive a short while to do our can runs at Otters. Always stocked with an interesting selection of local craft beers with some of the classics. The staff is above and beyond which is evident with returning locals and their familiar interactions with them. Dog friendly and also can bring food in so you're always well...

Came here for work drinks, had to wear a mask when standing or walking around but it was ok to take off when sitting & drinking. No social distancing. But it was ok for bartender to take mask off to eat while standing. These rules make no sense.

The best part was when us group of paying customers asked if the door could be closed because it was a freezing night in July & was told no, they also turned the heaters off.

Worst customer...
