I really don’t feel like wasting more time in these people but I think people should know if they are thinking of going there. Shocking people. No sense of customer service. Ordered 2 serves of dumplings. They tasted all burnt. Called to check what happened no answer over the phone. Drove back 5 km in rain with heavy traffic just to hear that “we can’t do anything about it, this is how we cook them”. Such bad attitude towards customers. They acted like we don’t know what burnt food tastes like. She also acted like she didn’t care. The girl gave my son a weird glance after he asked if there was an ingredient in the food that he couldn’t eat, she acted like he comes here everyday and should know the menu like the back of his hands. So hard for them to admit that they burnt the food. Left food with them without any refund. Now I see the option of photos here I guess I could have taken a shot of the...

We used frequent this restaurant, but not anymore. Please note that the business has been sold and it is under new ownership now. Firstly, the server lady looked annoyed and angry all the time. She was just looked like she rather not be working there. Next comes the food- the spicy fried rice was palatable, but was took oily and lacked seasoning. Lots of overcooked peas. The wanton dumplings were great, but I had a strong feeling these are frozen, and not handmade. Next, the prawn and chicken dumpling was rubbish- I could not taste the prawns at all and the dumpling skin was too thick. I reckon this restaurant will not stay open for long with this quality and poor service. The chef is talentless and server lady looks like she wants to slap you. Also, no ‘thank you’ after paying. Save yourself and give your money to another business that deserve it...

A friend & I dined here last night... upon arrival there was a slightly awkward standoffish moment about where we wanted to sit - due to the staff not giving a reason as to why we shouldn't or couldn't dine outside thats where we sat... from that moment on the service was atrocious everything from the drinks and cutlery exchange to food being rudely shoved on the table infront of us and our meals being placed incorrectly and menus being swiped from us before we even finished ordering. Sure the food was delicious and would recommend on that but the customer service needs an overhaul and fast because we nearly got up and left because of it. The 3 stars would've been 5 if the staff were...

Been wanting to check out Panda Mama for a couple of weeks. We decided to grab a quick lunch there yesterday. I got Prawn & Pork Won Tons in Chilli Oil and my partner for the Pork Dumpling and Noodle Soup. Panda Mama's homemade dumplings pack a lot of flavour and everything was delicious. Next time I'll actually try the same Won Tons, but in a Spicy Sauce - I'll think that should add an extra kick. They also serve you a complimentary tea, which was very nice too. The total bill came to $20.60. I'm happy there's such a nice dumpling joint right at my doorstep and look forward to trying out more dishes from their menu.

We LOVE this place. It’s a small unassuming place at the Nepean Hwy end of glenhuntly road. It’s our go-to for dumplings. The ingredients are always fresh and perfect. The staff not super friendly (prob because they’re so busy), but efficient. Their fried rice is on the of the best around and their wontons are so delicious that we ate them so quickly and forgot to take a photo! We only deviated from dumplings once (salt and pepper calamari) and didn’t like it, so decided that we’d stick to dumplings when we go here.
