Little Cafe down near Linacre road end of Hampton Street. Tiny spot that seats about 12 inside but has lots of seating outside and in a nice touch has blankets available for outside diners. Menu has all breakfast basics you'd expect but also several bagel options I haven't seen at other Cafes in Hampton. Husband had 3 cheese toastie and I had avocado on rye toast. The avocado came with obligatory poached egg, which I gave to husband and I thought it was OK, not best avo I'd had but at $22 definitely the dearest. Wait staff are breezy ,friendly and really want you to have a nice experience with just the right balance of attentiveness and professionalism .Mainly outdoor seating so rug up if its cold. Dogs and children fit in well ....A total...

One staff member took orders for the next door table with pen and paper and then took about 10 minutes to enter on the computer system. But the thing that concerned me the most was that the 2 senior staff were both getting dog biscuits, feeding them to dogs and then going back to dealing with food and coffee, without any noticeable hand washing. This is such a basic no-no for food health and safety. I will not be returning and I should have told them...
