Phillippa has worked in bakeries in France and London and she's brought a wonderful eclectic mix of breads, cakes etc. to her shop. English "Bloomer" bread isavailable as well as little Canele cakes which are a specialty of Bordeaux. And at Xmas time there is heavenly Stollen as well as traditional Xmas puds and yummy gingerbread and spice cookies.
