Absolutely delicious, I usually get the half chicken pack that comes with two sides and it's sensational. I really recommend getting the potato salad and the mac and cheese as a side. Their gravy roll is also delicious too.
Chicken Lads also give really good value, the half chicken pack was absolutely loaded with food, it was very well priced, and the quality was still great.
The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is also really nice as the shop has a simple and aesthetic design, it also looks very clean inside, and you can see inside the kitchen which is cool.
Would recommend Chicken Lads over any other chicken shop, easily. I've eaten from here more times than...

The half achiote chicken pack is an excellent size. Furthermore, the achiote chicken and chips were well seasoned, and the skin of the chicken was excellent. The green salsa was also an interesting and welcome condiment.
A few things could be improved upon. Give the saltiness of the chicken and the chips, the salsa was also very salty. Switching it to a sweeter flavour profile may compliment the chicken better. A small pot of gravy for the chips, or a small serving of salad, at this price point would also have bumped the meal to a stellar category. The pick-up station customer service could also be improved.

I drive past every day going to work so was very excited that we'd have a great chicken shop in Hampton in the build up to opening. Sadly, that excited hasn't quite played out having tried it a few times.
It isn't bad, but it isn't great. The food is a bit 'meh'. The chicken is fine. Not sure if is actually a huge amount better than a Coles roast. The spiced one is much better though.
The sides disappointed. Chips were overly salty, Mac and cheese has almost no flavour, the gratin was frankly abysmal, with slices cut about 1cm thick and the potato not completely cooked through.
Tenders are good, albeit expensive, and the gravy is nice.
