When I was a young boy, my family emigrated from Roma to Gods country - India. One of my fondest memory’s was of my mother’s famous, traditional butter chicken spaghetti. The dish was so famous, that pilgrims would travel three villages over just for a taste. Unfortunately mama would never share the recipe, and when she was taken by Mussolini’s henchmen, she took the recipe to her grave. I recently had the pleasure of tasting an authentic Italian butter chicken pasta from this establishment that transported me back to my childhood days in Bangalore. Mama Mia! This dish had the same rich, creamy flavour I remember from my mother’s kitchen. The pasta was perfectly al dente, coated in a velvety butter sauce with just the right amount of garlic and herbs, which blended harmoniously with tender, succulent chicken pieces. The balance of flavours was impeccable, evoking the comforting, heartwarming meals that filled my youth. It’s a taste that’s hard to replicate, but this dish truly captured the essence of my mother’s cooking. It was like a warm embrace from the past, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly to anyone seeking genuine Italian comfort food. I ordered a souvlaki over the phone which got accepted, opened the bag to expect a souvlaki and it was a kebab. The person on the phone should have said that the shop doesn’t do souvlakis and clarified if I meant a kebab. Anyway, I get home and I might as well eat it because it’s my dinner and man, it is the blandest kebab I’ve ever tasted. If possible I would give 0 stars. I don't know about the quality of the food but service was disgusting. We tried to call and check something before going to the place. But the girl that picked up and call was extremely rude and she just hung up on us. Then when we called again she didn't even know about something that's on the menu. She seemed so confused about their own menu. Entirely not helpful at all. Would suggest going to a place that has workers that can actually be helpful and have some manners or atleast...
