Miser Store Worker or Owner of this location. Hard to tell by his presentation and tone and lack of customer service. Though the kind of pizzas that are being dished out at this location matches his personality. The lack of vegetables on a veggie pizza with a stingy amount of cheese. I always request extra sauce at other locations and they honor it, this store worker decided to go in the opposite direction and add even less. I called to complain and he said this is how pizzas are made as if i was having pizza for the first time in my life then proceeded to condescendingly try explaining how cheese is added on a pizza. From the get go of the conversation he had no intention to rectify the situation, no ounce of apology in his tone, rather was rude and defensive. This is not how a business is run, but its working out so far and people keep going back so his arrogance will keep. After some time in the conversation he was finally willing to replace the pizza if I went in and brought him the pizzas. Not going to drive 35..40 minutes back in traffic to deal with this. I told him all I wanted was a simple "sorry, how can I help fix this" I dont want a free pizza or a replacement though he was barely willing to. His tone at that point was enough to warrant never going there again and as I told him that, he yells Dont Ever Come Back Here Again. Quite a good attitude to have as someone who once again, works there? Owns the store? Make yourself more presentable in your customer service. Learn a few things.
