My recent visit to KFC Reservoir's Drive-Thru left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their delicious offerings. The entire experience was smooth and efficient, making it a convenient choice for a quick and tasty meal on the go.

Ridiculous service. Stood for literally five minutes at the front counter and had four separate staff members walk past without so much as acknowledging I even existed. The manager came out to grab a Slurpee and I asked if he was the manager. "Yes what's up?" As he began to walk back to the kitchen. I had to talk to him around a corner to explain how I'd been waiting and no one has even acknowledged I was there. He didn't say a word, just disappeared around the back and yelled at one of his employees to go to the front.

I'd already ordered online, but could see my food just sitting and waiting there since I arrived. The staff member bagged it and gave it to me where I asked to get new chips as they had been sitting in the cold for over five minutes. Instead of giving me the new chips that had just been made, they went and put more on so I was left waiting longer again while the rest of the food sat there getting cold. Of course there was no explanation of this. No "sorry I've just put new chips on for you, will be a few minutes" or anything like that. Not a single word. Just "oh yeah sure", grabbed the chips off me then proceeded to disappear around the corner again and didn't come back out until minutes later when new chips were done.

This is the latest of many terrible experiences at this KFC. It is run terribly and the staff are the least professional I've ever seen at any fast food restaurant. I've visited maybe 6-7 times over the past year and not once have they got the order correct. Reading some below reviews rang true for me last night late it’s raining decide to drop in order a late meal. Service was ok but not great and the speaker guy asked me 3 times what I wanted so repeating your order and louder everytime was annoying. But patience yea. Ordered as usual a small coleslaw the guy taking my order said we don’t have a small but can give you a large for free. Ordered also as per normal a small popcorn chicken and get a medium cup size of fries and popcorn chicken ALL cold. Make it make sense. Coz when I got home NO coleslaw!! Now I love my Slaw!! That was a huge disappointment! Paid just over $30 for half of the food cold and not edible. Not worth the money at this kfc site. A boom box in the kitchen blaring and lighting up like a Xmas tree and people running around is not a good look sitting in the car in the cold rain I should have checked the paper bag that everything was in there. Mostly the Coleslaw! This isn’t what I expected and I know from now on not to go there. Don’t tell a customer you get this when you don’t get anything at all. I expect a refund of some sort as $30 odd dollars for cold pieces of chicken and chips is not what I wanted. Coleslaw would have been nice! Stop playing kfc it’s just not on.
