The Prince Albert Hotel is much more than a pub. It's a lifestyle, a religion, a meaning, a purpose and so much more. The Albert and it's sidekick the Stags Head are far the best pubs in the West and arguably the best in Australia. The Albert is true to its name, it's nothing short of royalty and should be knighted. It's a place where boys turn into men. An amazing place for blokes and nonblokes alike. I hope to scatter my ashes here sometime when I pass away. They say home is where the heart is, and the heart is at the Albert. I will be naming my first born Albert, after this pub. Long live the Albert.

Dined here in years past with family, who attest the Prince Albert their choice in Willie, and it's been consistently excellent. Always very busy, so reservations are advisable. The others in our party of four really enjoyed their mains, unfortunately I could have done better. The porterhouse steak (pictured) presented beautifully, with nice colour, but unfortunately was tough with gristle running through where should not be in a porterhouse. The garlic bread, pictured, was great! Good service here.

Lovely pub in Williamstown with reliable classic pub meals. Each time I have the Parma or steak it’s served quickly and piping hot, with the steak always cooked to perfection. The prices are also reasonable for the portion size and quality of food. Service is always attentive and very friendly.

Moved to Williamstown earlier in the year and tried out all looking for the one that would become our ‘local’. Most of the other pubs were really good but nothing compares to PA’s.

The bar/wait staff that include Rob (best I have ever come across and I’m from the UK so have been in many a pub) are fantastic when it comes to service and how welcoming they are. Good range of beer on tap. A nice atmosphere and good mix of locals and visitors.

The outdoor courtyard is lovely and inside u have have the bar, plenty of seating and the restaurant area.

To top it all off the food here is amazing. Definitely restaurant quality food at a reasonable price with a great range of daily specials. My parents come to visit quite often and have high standards when it comes to eating out. I have taken them to plenty of restaurants in Williamstown where food is much more expensive but this is by far their favourite.

The quality of the produce and the way that the chef has elevated the food is really something special. Definitely worth booking as it can get busy at times.

I highly recommend you pay a visit to PA’s and you too may fall in love with the place like my partner...

Drove here knowing we'd be able to get an early dinner at 5.30pm. On arrival saw a chalkboard out front saying closed for private function until 6pm....because I'm an idiot and dont believe signs, i decided to approach the door only to be encouraged in by the friendly manager. A million staff were frantically cleaning up after 200 factory workers and did a great job. Ordered a couple of steaks which were cooked perfectly as usual. Before we left noticed the manager rewarding the staff for what was obviously a big day. Great to see staff looked after especially when this translates into a good pub vibe with food and...
