Moved to Williamstown earlier in the year and tried out all looking for the one that would become our ‘local’. Most of the other pubs were really good but nothing compares to PA’s.
The bar/wait staff that include Rob (best I have ever come across and I’m from the UK so have been in many a pub) are fantastic when it comes to service and how welcoming they are. Good range of beer on tap. A nice atmosphere and good mix of locals and visitors.
The outdoor courtyard is lovely and inside u have have the bar, plenty of seating and the restaurant area.
To top it all off the food here is amazing. Definitely restaurant quality food at a reasonable price with a great range of daily specials. My parents come to visit quite often and have high standards when it comes to eating out. I have taken them to plenty of restaurants in Williamstown where food is much more expensive but this is by far their favourite.
The quality of the produce and the way that the chef has elevated the food is really something special. Definitely worth booking as it can get busy at times.
I highly recommend you pay a visit to PA’s and you too may fall in love with the place like my partner...

Before we left noticed the manager rewarding the staff for what was obviously a big day. Great to see staff looked after especially when this translates into a good pub vibe with food and...

The Albert and it's sidekick the Stags Head are far the best pubs in the West and arguably the best in Australia. The Albert is true to its name, it's nothing short of royalty and should be knighted.
It's a place where boys turn into men. An amazing place for blokes and nonblokes alike. I hope to scatter my ashes here sometime when I pass away. They say home is where the heart is, and the heart is at the Albert. I will be naming my first born Albert, after this pub.
