A very good pizza spoiled by terrible customer service.
We ordered online and were given a time for pick up. This was then changed by text by 35 mins. We tried to call to cancel as the later time didn’t suit but couldn’t get through. I arrive 5 minutes BEFORE the time the message told me the pizza would be ready after and the pizza was already waiting. I queried this with the staff member who said it hadn’t been waiting long - unfortunately the pizza was cold (but still delicious). Additionally, I complained about the change in pick up time and the inability to get through by phone. The staff member was rude, blamed a third party and ultimately told me my business wasn’t needed and to go elsewhere.
