This authentic Indian restaurant tucked away in a leafy street of Preston is an absolute gem! Relaxed but inviting atmosphere. In navigating reservation and menu accomodations, I found the staff were really friendly and helpful. The menu has plenty of vegetarian and various meat options. I tried and thought the Chicken Vindaloo paired with their garlic roti was absolutely superb! The flavour was actually next level, the chicken perfectly cooked and tender. Also - if opt for some extra veg, I can't think of a more well balanced and nourishing meal! They offer catering too - the star to me has got to be the chicken biryani for a really good value crowd favourite.

Hidden away in a small strip of shops, I would never have thought of eating here. I had a specific desire to eat Masala Dosa. Having Googled "southern Indian cuisine", Saina came up, along with its abundance of great reviews. Staff (and owner?) Were frendly. All the food ordered was fresh and tasty, but I have to say their Dosa definitely was my highlight dish - light and crisp pancake filled with flavoursome potatoes. Equates to those I've eaten overseas. As I write this review today, i could eat another!! The chicken tikka was also perfectly cooked. Tender and juicy, unlike some dry ones I've eaten elsewhere. Will be back. Thank you.

This new restaurant is one to look out for. The chef really cooks from the heart. Everything we had were fresh and delicious and my tummy was so happy! Firstly, I cannot complain about the food. We had the beef vindaloo, goat masala, butter chicken, cheese naan, butter naan, garlic naan, gulab jamun and masala tea. Everything was for real. I am salivating just writing this review. I will definitely be going back very soon and bringing my mates. Oh, the place doesn’t have a/c for the hot summer but I didn’t even care about it because the food was so good. I hope they keep it up.

Taste and quality got bad over days.. I had been visiting this place for last 2-3 years .. Their food taste has been good (just few misses). I visited yesterday again today with my cousins after praising about the food and taste but it was disaster for us .. Firstly we have been served cold reheated food .. plus schezwan noodles was hell spicy and on asking about it , we have been told that schezwan is always spicy and we told him that we had it before he said it is south Indian Restaurant .. (I can't find anywhere written that it is south Indian Restaurant). We ordered tikka and roti too .. every thing was served but not the roti ... when we asked the guy, he asked kitchen and we can clearly hear kitchen guys were telling to tell customer that "it will take another hour if they want it quick they can take Naan", When we passed our feedback to customer service guy all he was doing is giving excuses Excuse 1. Kitchen got busy thats why it delayed - we were only one in the restaurant when we ordered plus both the kitchen guys were seemed giggling Excuse 2. You ordered NV schezwan earlier that is why that one is not so spicy but this is veg schezwan thus it is expensive And so on.....

I wont recommend it for now .. Happy to discuss further over call /email with someone responsible...

I have read the positive reviews and ask myself if the reviewers visited the same place we did. Our experience was quite different. When we visited the restaurant the waitress send the most awkward vibes. From the moment we entered the premise she seemed ii underwhelmed by the prospect of having to work. She approached our table dressed in socks and brought less menus than there were people. She continued to underdeliver throughout our stay. I ordered their Dal Makani with rice (she did not prompt me, but before leaving with our order I had to ask if it came with rice) and it was delivered without rice in a nice looking metal bowl. There were no serving utensils brought out. She still had not brought out rice when she brought out the other dishes for our table. When I asked she was surprised about me wanting rice. Eventually the rice was delivered and again without spoons. I had to ask for a plate as well. The Dal Makani was ordered hot (spicy), but was bland and boring. I often eat Indian and Dal Makani is a dish I enjoy. It is normally served hot (or to taste). So, to conclude, the staff was unfriendly, lack finesse and had no customer service skills and the food was...

The Lady Owner is very rude. Last time she charged me extra for both non veg curries in a lunch deal which and she Was very rude because I asked her why is this extra cost for as I was not charged anything like that by her husband(Chef) before anytime. There is nothing harm in paying an extra 2 or 3$ but we didn’t know and she could have been polite about it. I ignored it last time and let it go but today I was ordering the same lunch deal and she said we don’t serve both non veg curries though I asked her to charge extra money for it but still she said NO. Went specially to eat there but we left because of such RUDE behaviour. I have been one of their first customer since they opened the restaurant and recommended it to many of my friends to go. The male owner was always very nice to us and is very soft spoken and welcoming but the Lady is quite the Opposite. I Would Suggest everyone NOT to SPOIL their MOOD and Waste their Time to go here as there are plenty of Better & welcoming Indian restaurant...
