I have been there 3 times over the last year and they seem to get better with every visit. When three of us had dinner there last week, we had their excellent quail for entree followed by mains which included a special dish of Grilled Beef on cold Vermicelli with lemon grass for my wife. This is a special Vietnamese dish that so far only a few restaurants have mastered but Liem -the chef/owner at Pho Liem served us the best dish that we have had in Melbourne. Add to the great value prices for beer and wine and the excellent service that the owners wife gave us and we cannot wait to return with more friends. I highly recommend this...

I took my nice and nephew out for a quick bite after several hours at a play centre. This little restaurant in the back streets of Preston was amazing. The lovely lady seen behind the counter in the picture was so nice and accommodating. I left the kids to use the bathroom and returned to find them propped up at the counter having a chat!
