Sometimes it is good, but unfortunately, the times it is bad, it is shocking. The worst. As many have said here, the old guy has won worst bloke in Bayside 15 years straight. If anyone dares to raise an issue he has a tantrum and blames the customer! He is a ripper, and has instructed staff to deal with any mistake with the same stinking attitude. Frozen fish. Crazy interaction, ordered a ton of whiting and dimi’s etc only to get a totally different order, then disagreed with what I ordered. I have been totally supportive of this business for 13 years and the owners and son were not prepared to listen to my version of events, only supportive of a new employee that had no idea.

Been a regular customer for a long time, normal partner orders via UberEat and picked up with name ordered without issue. Suddenly one night an elderly looking Caucasian staff wanted to see the order on my phone, with bad attitude. I explained that I didn't order via my phone, my partner did.
