Hip cafe with a focus on natural, raw, superfood ingredients served in a tasty and convenient way. Good variety to cater for all tastes. Offering sweet and savoury bowls, coffee, shakes and smoothies. Some of the options have a bit of sugar so beware. Seems like a good place to work, was busy but the staff were relaxed, friendly and happy. Target customers are the upmarket youngsters, though we saw families and seniors there too. Simple and minimalist interior, with lots of seating available. Yummy food, would be back to try more varieties.

I’ve been coming to Soul Press regularly, and it never disappoints! The food is fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. Whether it’s a smoothie bowl, toastie, or coffee, everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The vibe is super welcoming, and the customer service is consistently friendly and upbeat. It’s clear the staff take pride in what they do. Definitely one of my favourite spots for a healthy and satisfying bite!

Have been coming here for ten years now, and every iteration of this cafe has been amazing. The coffee, (especially an iced coffee with that coconut ice cream!!) is beautiful! And on a summer day a death by cacao bowl is just perfection. A quick walk to edithvale beach, the loveliest staff, or a cosy little section to eat-in. Will keep coming here again and again and again.

It's with a heavy heart that I have to write this, but I've been coming here on and off for years as it's my local. 3rd time in less than 2 weeks where my coffee is horrible. I get so excited when a certain person makes it as it's creamy and delicious, but when this other person makes it, it literally tastes like water with burnt coffee. I'm paying over $7 for what. You need to do better girls. Maybe a few training sessions on coffee making wouldn't hurt.

Customer no more.

I purchased 2 cocunut slices, and I hadn't had them yet because my sugars weren't low enough, so because my sugars are low tonight on a Sunday, I thought I'd treat myself to them. Open the box up, and they're not coconut slice. They're caramel, which I didn't at all ask for. It seems to be a thing I am now realising. If you, as the customer, don't double-check your order, you're more than likely walking away with something you didn't ask for or want as this isn't the only time this...

I'm a regular customer at SoulPress and up until now I've been a happy one; great food and great service. I was highly disappointed today to have tried out your online ordering system which assures me I can "skip the queue". I arrived after ordering and was instructed to "wait outside" for my order.

I did just that and ended up standing outside for over half an hour for my order. I then asked the girls inside and they nonchalantly got my order from beside the coffee machine - it had presumably been sitting there for the half an hour. I wasn't notified, my name wasn't called out - nothing. I'm not sure when they were planning to let me know it was ready...

My order was melted and there was no apology whatsoever, lest an offer of a refund or remaking my order. Highly disappointed because I used to really enjoy coming here but it seems that your workers aren't capable of managing orders and are happy to disrespect...

We really wanted to like this place as the menu looked healthy and appealing. We thought about sitting outside in the back courtyard area but there was food on the ground underneath each table and the tables where dirty. So we ended up sitting at a table out the front but it also had food on it. When our order was brought out to us in take away containers rather than washable dishes which seems so bad for the environment, we asked to have the table wiped down. The young lady proceeded to wipe the food from the table onto the ground and picked up my full bottle of water with her dirty cloth. They didn’t even offer fee water. You have to buy overpriced, bad for the environment plastic bottles of water. The final straw was when my partner found a long hair in his meal. The staff didn’t seem happy nor where they trained in keeping the place clean or in food...
