Was first in line waiting to get a table when a waiter comes in from outside and asks a group of people standing 2nd in line behind me if they're after a table. Those people were kind enough to point out I was 1st in front of them and should be served first. Wow ok. Next we were sitting there waiting for ages for the menus and it doesn't hurt for your waiters to give the customers a heads up to go to the counter to order when ready... yes i realised its in small print on ur menu but still doesn't hurt. I got up to order I didn't know my table number but i said 'sorry im not sure of the table number' and i pointed to where i was sitting which was visible from the pay counter. The owner/manager pretty much snapped at me and said 'i need the table number or else they'll (kitchen)stuff it up' ...right, you can't even say to me 'that's ok, it's that table there? No probs...' IT WAS THE ONLY EMPTY TABLE I POINTED TO MATE. I had to go back and look for the table number which is in small print on the bloody sugar jar. Get normal table numbers for crying out loud. Then had to line up again like peasants, can't even get table service like a normal restaurant lol. Anyway, foods ok had better so never...

Ordered a Billy's Breakfast. Was served with a small slice of bread, half a hash brown and literally 1 fork full of spinach. We waited for 30 minutes before our food came out, and when it did, my small slice of bread was cold even though it was supposed to be toasted. I asked for a second piece of bread. I waited another 10 minutes before that came out and was charged $3 for it. I think given the serving size and service, the food is definitely over-priced and a piece of bread at $3 in addition to a $23 meal is definitely too much.
Update in March 2025: The meal price is now $25 and an extra slice of bread will set you back $3.50, yes 1 slice...

My partner was disappointed at first that the eggs Benedict came with ham instead of bacon but he ended up liking it very much. The food was also decently priced. The tiniest critique that I have is that my poached eggs seemed a little bit too raw on the inside and the avocado mash didn't seem to be seasoned but that was easily fixed with salt and pepper supplied on the table. Besides that, everything...
