Sushi Sushi Southland — Restaurant in Melbourne

I placed an order on Friday for 3 platters worth $128 to be delivered on Saturday. I got confirmation emails. on Saturday morning I got a text from the driver that he arrived at Southland to pick up, albeit being a bit late. a few minutes later, I received a text that the order was cancelled by the store. the text came from doordash. there was no communication from the store at all. the charge has been taken from my credit card. I had to organise food at the last minute before the kids got uspet. it was rather disappointing and frustrating. imagine the chaos. tried to call the support customer number and no answer. tried to call the store and not getting through. terrible terrible business!!! if refund is not processed in the next couple days, I'd have to dispute the charge. the hassle of a...
