Spinner's Souvlaki Bar And Grill — Restaurant in Melbourne

On ordering the guy taking my order was abrupt and rude from word go! I had waited inside for my order and after half an hour of waiting the lady must of noticed me getting anxious watching other customers coming in, ordering and then leaving with their food. She asked what my number was and went over to the young bloke cooking and he pointed to the bain Marie. When the young guy handed it over I asked how long it had been in there for and he said it had been there for QUITE AWHILE and he had called the number twice. I replied nah no number was called mate and then the older bloke argued the point and said he called plenty of times and I again said no it wasn't mate. I was told I should sit at the end where they call the number... not at those seats ( seats at front of restaurant where you order for takeaway??) He was extremely rude and said in an angry voice " What do you want me to do about it then? REMAKE IT, I don't have time for this!!" i replied well i dont have time to wait another 40minutes either took.my food and left! Customer service disgusting from this bloke! The lady working there then came over and said no it was just made! Customer service is disgusting.

First of all, when requesting no tomato in one of the souvlaki’s the owner rolled his eyes and questioned the choice in a disrespectful manner.

Waited 40+ minutes for our food, (sitting inside waiting after ordering). When asked if our food was ready the younger boy said that the food had been ready and sitting there for ages, when questioned why it hadn’t been called out the boy said that it had twice. Which it hadn’t at all. The lady then came over and said that it had only just been ready meaning that they were lying about the wait times. The man (owner) then came over and started arguing aggressively saying he “doesn’t have time” for us and clearly our support for his business. This is was utterly disgusting. If you have a business you shouldnt be speaking to people with disrespect and yelling/raising your voice at customers as we are supporting you by purchasing from your service.

Will never support this business again and will be passing this experience onto friends and family...
