Stack'd Burger Bar — Restaurant in Melbourne

Food average at best... customer service very disappointing.. only reason why i am writing this review is because i only ordered food once from this place through menulog awhile back but since that order i have received several txt msgs from this place about promotions and downloading their app. Normally i don't mind as I would just cancel any further msgs by replying stop or unsubscribing off their mailing list, but these msgs do not have that option so i decided to call STACK'D to get my number removed. I called and asked if i could speak to the manager regarding my issue and the young girl stated that Ron Seekal the owner will get back to me. I received a bunch of txt msgs the next day which are rude claiming that someone is playing jokes on me and that it is one of my friends and not them. The most hilarious part is the msgs are from them and the promotions that are offered on txt are the same on facebook and their website. Who would go so far out of there way to prank someone and spend money through a telecommunications company setting up a STACK'D sms service to prank one individual?? Does not make any sense and how many people in this world have the time to do that?? Whats even more funnier is most of the 5 star reviews are from the owner and...

Purchased a main burger meal and kids kids meal tonight for dinner. How you guys have 5 star ratings is beyond me. $20 for burger and chips for the quality is ridiculous. Simple meat patty, cheap fat filled bacon strips and then drowned in cheap bbq sauce. The worst bit? The kids meal. $12 for small chips, poptop and the smallest burger I've ever seen. Legit half the size of a cheeseburger from Maccas. I honestly couldn't eat my burger, it was like drinking bbq sauce. My boy finished his $12 meal and was hungry.

How in the world you getting 5 star ratings? Friends much? Looking over alot of your 5 star ratings and they seriously look like scripted infomercials. Will never go back, and would bet it won't last long with this sort...

Giving 2 only because when my order Was delivered in a paper bag I asked before the guy left is everything in there, asking each item. He responded Yes then to me going into the kitchen opening the bag to find the large chips missing! I called and they said they would deliver the chips as soon as possible. It Was 7pm I waited patiently (the close at 9) it was 8pm I called no answer and no delivery NOT HAPPY!! My son had his nuggets and chips and my partner had the burger (I only wanted chips) and I didn't get anything by 9pm after waiting I was so pissed off I ended up missing out.
