I rarely get on to write reviews but I couldn't not. This place is the worst Subway I've ever been too! Infact I used to work at subway so if anything I'm more lenient when under pressure etc. But, I was the only one there with no que. First I asked for little meatball sauce, she proceeded to put 3 extra scoops of sauce on my sub evan when I said no more all 3 times she smirked and ignored me, sub was finished and I sat down to eat it. Opened the rapper and it was one big slop you couldn't evan pick it up so I took it back asking for another one to be made. Upon making the new one the lady decided to fight with me saying I didn't have bacon on the previous sub although she had the previous sub she refused to look at it to see there was bacon. She turned to her college and spoke in a different language then put the bacon on the wrong side with very little care! They continued to talk in their language while infront of me laughing. You could now call this bullying their customer. And to top it off when putting my salad back on the second time she put a salad on I didn't ask for, at this point she was being spiteful and continuing to talk in her language to her other college. Read moreI’ll never return unfortunately. Customer service is poor, but the cost - unbelievable! I frequent Subway all the time, and always get the same meal. At EVERY store I visit, often different locations, the price is consistently the same. The Moorabbin DFO store charged me $17 for the exact same thing I have bought everywhere else for $12.50. Just a rip off. I asked why, and the woman pointed at the price board. I asked where I should look - again the woman pointed at the price board, Fact of the matter is, there was NO reference on the price board! Customer service is terrible, sandwich poorly made even though there wasn’t a queue. I was quite shocked at the price difference, and the woman said it varies from store to store, but in my experience, I have only ever paid the one price for the product I buy.
