Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

Staff were standing around talking instead of serving customers and when someone finally came to serve me I had to ask them to wash their hands and to use fresh clean gloves and had the staff member roll their eyes at me they then kept interrupting me when I spoke and then finished up my order again didn't change gloves and served another person when I went to pay I said to the person serving me that I'd like to give some friendly feedback as I've also worked at subway and this is 1 things Rev are sticklers for is greeting customers hand washing and changing of gloves in between customers and all I got was ok I then said what about people with allergies your risking someone's life and they just laughed

NOT GOOD ENOUGH MAYBE SOME RETRAINING FOR THESE STAFF...

Went to visit this store as I was shopping but I was immediately turned off my appetite as NONE of the 5 staff members I saw had a hat on!!! I thought this was a MUST and a rule especially serving food!!! They all had long hair beside one guy but still NO HAT disgusting but I've been told previously that they never have been seen with hats on well subway what are you doing here all other stores I. Staff should not be in hospitality, more suitable in collection business. All frowning instead of smiling. I ordered a six inch, more like 5.
