Amazing Transformation at Subway!
I had the pleasure of visiting the newly renovated Subway Scoresby under its new management, and let me tell you, it's an absolute game-changer! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding.
The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff. The whole place had a fresh, modern look, and it felt incredibly inviting. The renovation was tastefully done, creating a welcoming ambiance that was both comfortable and trendy.
But let's talk about the food! The new management has taken the already excellent Subway menu and elevated it to a whole new level. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the sandwich artists showed genuine care in crafting the perfect subs. It's evident that they take pride in their work and are passionate about delivering the best to their customers.
I was also delighted to find a wider variety of toppings and sauces to choose from. This made customizing my sandwich even more enjoyable, and I felt like I could truly create something unique to satisfy my taste buds.
Moreover, the service was lightning-fast. Despite the steady flow of customers, the staff managed to keep everything running smoothly, making sure everyone got their orders promptly without sacrificing quality.
I must say that this new management has truly revitalized the Subway experience. It's evident that they've put a lot of thought and effort into creating a fantastic environment for their patrons.

Read moreRecently placed an Uber eats order through this store. It went through and charged my card and came up with the wait screen. They then call me to tell me one of the things i ordered is unavaible. Asked if I wanted something else or a refund. I asked for refund as usually if they are out of something it says unavaible on the app so this mess doesn't happen. They then rang me back 5 mins later to tell me I had to organize my own refund and call Uber eats etc. So by this point im slightly annoyed I call Uber and they say I have to wait until it's been delivered and then dispute it through the app, ok no.worries. by this point it's been around 20mins then it says on the tracking the driver is there to pick it up, great cause we are hungry as by now. Then almost another 10mins pass and I get a call back from Uber eats saying that they got a call from the driver saying Subway have cancelled my entire order!! Uber tried themselves to ring the store and only got answering machines, as Subway hadnt cancelled the order through the actual app hence why the driver drove all the way there to pick it up. There was another two things on the order apart from the thing they didn't have and when they called me to let me know about the thing missing they didn't say the whole order was cancelled. So now we have waited half an hour or more for food that is now no longer coming. This is unacceptable and I will never buy from this...

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Grace at Subway Scoresby is hands down the best team member I’ve ever encountered at ANY fast-food franchise. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and the most genuinely friendly attitude — it honestly felt like walking into a five-star restaurant!
Her speed and precision in making my sub was a thing of beauty — an artist at work. Every ingredient was placed with care and confidence, like she actually cared about the sandwich and the customer. She remembered the smallest details and worked with such efficiency it was like watching a customer service superhero in action!
Grace is not just an employee — she is a glowing asset to Subway and should be recognised for the exceptional customer service she consistently delivers. People like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Give this woman a BONUS, a raise, a crown — heck, give her the keys to the franchise!
