Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was heading home while 9th aprill around almost 12 am and i called the store and a girl picked up but she didnt understand cause i was speaking in english and i repeated myself 3 times and i hanged up the call and called again and talked in hindi as from her accent I thought she would understand hindi and said yes ill be here to another 10-15 mins after 12 and i got here at 12:07 . After entering the store she handed me an uber order saying there you go and i said i called 7 mins ago because i wanted foood . She said i cant do anything about it took the order back and turned around without saying anything else back to her work. We had only option to leave . All this conversation with her on call and in store was in hindi as she didnt understand English at all and i had to drive 8 kms for this.Yes i understand it was after 12 am which is when store closes but i confirmed on call and she said yea its finee please come and i got there 7 mins later and she goes i cant make your order … I dont know what to say at this point as never had such an worse experience anywhere else and i dont whats to point of keeping someone on shift if they can’t understand English enough to...

I always come to Thomastown subway and I always feel respected although I have a big and annoying order but this time a girl named rampreet from my memory that was her name was completely and utterly rude talking over me and not making my order as I asked and I explained it clearly like 5 times before she did it correctly and in the end did not apologise or anything for her incompetence yet she still showed me attitude. My order is two footings and three to 6 garlic aioli toasties and I just feel like a that was the worst customer service I have ever ver had and plus all of this I ask for heavy garlic sauce like five times and she kept using a bottle that was empty so the toastie was just toast...

i have ordered subways from many different stores but this store has to be the poorest. I asked for full salad and when she was about to close sandwich I thought where's the lettuce...son asked for lettuce and she said she put it...a few small pieces. The carrots barely visible also....unlike other stores where they pack the salads into the roll. First time i receive a subway that is closed and u cant see the contents. If i wanted a few bits of lettuce or salad i would have gone home and used my leftovers instead of paying $25 for a couple of rolls that barely had...
