The management must have changed, when I saw the “Italian herbs and cheese” I knew I would be disappointed. I don’t understand why management starts cutting costs and corners to save a few cents on ingredients.

Chasing cents and dropping dollars is what management decided to do here. I feel bad for the lady who was trained to think it was appropriate to constantly under fill any ingredient asked for. No consideration for the fact ingredients lack so much there were gaps I had to prompt with tomatoes.

The regional management should make an acceptable standard serving size that workers put on the food. Not down to a franchisees “judgement” people like that destroy businesses with the idea that it’s acceptable to behave the way they did.

Only reason I gave two stars was the lady was nice enough to just add “extra” without question when really it was just to make the sub an acceptable standard. Shouldn’t have to prompt someone to avoid being blatantly undercut.

Absolutely shocking. I hope the regional management has a chat to the owner of this business because I’m not playing a guessing game any more and making my own sandwich or going to hungry jacks.

I've never left a review before for anything in my life but felt compelled to considering this store goes that little extra mile every time I order from them using UberEats.

The gluten free bread option used to be available on all Subway stores and for some reason it has disappeared, across every app and every store.

When I want to order from here I put in the order notes that I want gluten free bread and they provide it no fuss. I tried this once with the Burwood store and they sent my order on regular bread (that I can't eat) with a long note written on a napkin saying it costs extra and needs to be selected.. 🙄 obviously I'd select it if it was possible. Ordered a classic sub platter in the app. Took home, found out no dressing added, no salt and pepper added. Some of the subs had little piece (broken) of cheese or vegetables or thin slice of ham... chicken strip became diced chicken pieces. Less quantities inside the bread rolls. The platter looks like was made of leftover. It looks nothing like the promotion photo on their website/app/menu. (See last photo)
