I would never recommend this place. A hairdressers job is to listen to the client before lopping all their hair off. AND if you get it wrong....apologize and try to empathize. Don't just cast your mistake aside and carry on as it it is nothing. If I could give a negative review I would. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and that includes cheap $10 cuts at Forest Hill.

I clearly told the hairdresser that my son wants to maintain his fringe at nose length. Without confirming or checking with myself or my son, she cut all of it off. 8 inches of hair grown over 5 years just gone, with no double checking with anyone. When I told her that I clearly asked to keep the front length to the nose. (6 inches) all she said was "oh I didn't hear that." and that was it. On to the next customer whilst my son was sitting there in tears. No effort to console him or address his concerns. Didn't even tell him it looks good.

PS Not charging me for the trauma is not customer service - I would prefer to pay for the service, have the hairdresser listen to what I want, care about what I think and actually leave without having to...

I love this place. I’ve been going here for 18yrs. I was having trouble combing my hair due to a bad arm injury. I spoke to Diane and she cut my hair short and it’s looks amazing. No more tears trying to brush the bad knots out. I love my new hair style. Diane knows me and understood my problem. I love it so much. It makes me feel younger and has a real spunky look about it. Not my personal experience, but that of my partner who went today. He is devastated. He went in for a trim on his long hair and the hairdresser chopped off almost his entire ponytail, behind his head. He couldn't see how much she was chopping off, as he couldn't see it until it was too late!

I mean what the actual?!?!?
