Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

Subway Brimbank is terrible. I was there today 23/05/22 and was served by an Indian girl who clearly could not be bothered doing her job. The girl was wearing her hands free and speaking to her friend in indian while serving me extremely slowly. My son asked me about getting cookies and while he had distracted me she had already toasted my roll which I did not want toasted. I was not asked and she argued well you didn't say not to. Every subway asks that I have been to. The employee then proceeded to argue with me that I should accept it until finally agreeing to make another one when her colleague came out and I assume heard her mistake.

Making the other roll I got extreme attitude and then got told once she got to the ham there is only 1 piece left that is my fault. I told them don't worry about it and went to Subway Derrimut where they actually care about making you roll.

NEVER EVER GO TO SUBWAY BRIMBANK unless you want the worst service. All the bad reviews online for this outlet I now believe it. The good reviews were probably family and friends they asked...

I used to like eating subway 2 years ago.. I loved their tuna or seafood only but the reason I stopped going there is their staff!!! they serve person before me a meatball sub or ham sub and when I ask them if they can change the gloves they get offended and take it personally..I tried explaining but the staff keep saying "other people don't ask that..so as unhappy customer I cut subway out of my diet completely 2 years and 8 months..I would rather go where I am valued as customer and not just another hungry...

I hardly go to this subway as the staff there is not that helpful and accomodating. But today my daughter wanted a quesadilla, I had to go, no other option. Surprisingly, the girl who served us today was sweet and welcoming. She served all the customers during the time I was standing with a smile. Nice to see that they are hiring staff who is more focused on customer service than talking. four stars for that girl who served us . Not giving five stars as they still need to...
