If there is negative score I will Give this store the worst rating in everything!!! Today 8th I went with my kids to dine-in with their bairemarie foods. I ordered just fried rice in a separate plate and 4 chicken skewers for my boys, and ordered myself Friedrice with 2 main dishes on it. They didn't even have a tray for me to bring all the 4 plates to the table! Anyway, as soon as I took the plate I smelled foul smell coming from the fried rice it was obviously off already, I politely ask them to change it to steam rice instead as they have that awful smell, which you can't smell on the other plate because it was covered with sweet n sour pork. They suddenly became aggressive and wanted me to leave!! Wants to give me the money and shu me away!!! Talking about rudeness!!! I was just stunned of what is happening where in fact they should be thanking me for not complaining instead. If they are truly aware of food safety they would have checked it too and somehow be apologetic at least. Cause really that fried rice is awful! Careful ordering that with other food on top as it will masked the foul/off old rice. So mad at them as I was just asking to change the rice to steamed instead, but instead they treated me badly for just giving them feedback that the rice is off. Imagine serving that rice still. 😬. You're in Australia dudes, I would have thought you have adapted to Australian standards on food specially you're in the food industry and culture of politeness!! Disappointing to...

This place has been in Southland for 25+ years with same very hard working owners. I've been eating there for that long.

Always very tasty & great quality!

Huge variety, great prices & generous portions.

Very busy place. You can eat in or take away.

No other stores have lasted this long in this shopping center. That sais a lot!

Worst place to eat in Southland shopping cntr. Heard a lot of Gastro complains from their food. The spring rolls seemed like they were deep fried more then once. Plain n 'fried rice' has a foul smell as if plastic weird smell. Chicken always under cooked and food full of added sugar and msg. Not very good service provided too. Very unhealthy place to eat from and would not recommend to anyone. When you sneak peak in the kitchen you can notice the hygiene as well...
