After 3 o'clock, I entered the sushi train but no staff greeted me. I had to ask a kitchen staff who was preparing ingredients in front of the train if I could sit down. Even then, nobody came. Drawing from my experience with other sushi trains, I ordered udon, drinks, and hot food using the iPad at each seat. It took a while for the staff to notice my order, and even longer for it to be prepared. I couldn't tell when the sushi on the train was made or if it was being properly managed. While soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger were available at each table, there were no plates to put them on. I had to wait a long time to receive a plate when my udon arrived. The staff making the udon seemed disorganized. Even though the udon was ready in the kitchen, there seemed to be a delay in getting the ingredients ready to serve. I had to wait for quite long time before finally receiving my order. I had to ask about the drinks, which I later found out I needed to get myself. By this time, it had been 20 minutes since entering the store (I ordered the drinks as soon as I sat down). Several staff members were busy either leaving or taking breaks, but none showed any interest in us using the train. Despite our visibly displeased expressions, they laughed and chatted amongst themselves. When we finished eating and wanted to pay, we had to wait at the cashier because there was no system to call a staff member. The kitchen staff who was previously preparing ingredients finally called another staff member to assist us. Only then did they ask if we had finished. ... If we had finished eating, wouldn't we be standing at the cashier? Instead of the usual polite question of whether we enjoyed our meal, they counted the empty sushi plates we had and brought them to the cashier for payment. Even though we only had four sushi plates, it felt odd. And another odd thing was, there were 20 orders registered on the iPad at the table next to us, but it seemed they didn't clean up after guests left. They just cleared the plates and maybe wiped the table. While the food was decent because it's Sushi Hub, it was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant so far. I won't even consider takeout from here. If I ever want to use Sushi Hub again, I'll go to the takeout-only shop upstairs or a different location altogether. I couldn't understand why they operated a sushi train in the...

I wanted 2 sushi rolls but she gave me 2 of each and gave me a free one (which was an old browning avocado sushi, im not a rubbish bin). The chicken sushi was dry. There wasn't any flavours in the sushi i ordered, it had no mayo, no sesame seeds, no rice wine vinegar in the rice, no flavour. Tuna was the only one i consumed. I binned the 3 avocado sushi, binned the chicken, ate the tuna. I was given picked ginger bc i asked but no soy? Lucky i had some at home. At $4 a pop, total cost $18. i would have expected better quality. There are lots of Asia outlets there, so sadly u need 2 lift your...
