Tally Kitchen/Catering — Restaurant in Melbourne

Have tried to support them and ordered from Tally many times, not once has it been correct or been on time. And there is also no means to contact them. (Even after your “phone issues” were resolved). Unreliable and inconsistent.

After the first incorrect order, they did offer a complimentary meal for the following week, but shock even that one showed up wrong (phone order)! I didn’t complain about that as I appreciated the effort and was happy to give them a third chance.

Ordered direct through their website this time as previously they tried to blame Uber Eats for the problems (unless Uber is cooking the food, can’t see how it’s their fault), delivery cost $8 (advises it was free previously by staff), over $50 order placed, received confirmation text for food, and this time nothing showed up at all. Absolutely no contact from the restaurant for over a week, and no refund, even after calling and messaging, finally I got hold of them on the phone, pathetic service was immediately told “people are ahead of you, I’ll call you back”, they called back over an hour and a half later AFTER their kitchen shut offering a $20 credit, which after your delivery fee is $12. Asked if I could use it immediately, they said “no, we’re now closed”.

ordered AGAIN on Uber Eats, called to make sure order was coming, eventually got through on the phone, staff member couldn’t understand WHAT I was asking, eventually understood I was following up a PLACED order that had been “preparing for 50 minutes”, she then tells me it’s already been collected, LIE, it hasn’t, order came,...

Was driving behind one of there vehicles (Hyundai iload), when it came to a sudden stop at a green light. I gave a curtesy beep, still nothing but a middle finger thru the back window. One of the best big breakfasts I’ve had in a while. Took the family and used the upstairs cafe, which was relaxing with comfortable couches and plenty of space.
