Enjoyed the beef noodle soup, and the scallion pancake. Noodles had a nice texture and the broth was clear and beef flavoured. The pancake was good too, crispy and satisfying. The wontons were a let down. Didnt taste nice, didn't have much meat and were very spicy.

There was confusion with the order too. We ordered Xiao long bao but the lady must not have heard, didn't confirm, didn't give us a receipt. So about 3 asks with different waitresses later we established that they were not put on the order and the only way to order was to return to the front of the shop and pop it on the machine. That was a let down. I think they would have been nice. Perhaps, better to put someone who is more competent with English and confirming the order is correct before accepting payment would be handy. Save the mucking around of us expecting food but not getting it in the end. Overall 4 stars for the beef noodle soup and pancake.

I like the food here because they are good and cheap. But I’m giving it a 2 star because of an incident I had.

I accidentally left my takeaway at the restaurant, and realised it about 30 minutes after. I went back to the restaurant only to find it’s been thrown away.

When I went in, the waitress looked annoyed when I asked, said that it was already thrown away. They did not say sorry, did not offer to make a new one, or even a refund.

I get that they were closing, and maybe it’s not possible to make a new one. But it was still 5 minutes before 8PM, maybe you could’ve kept it a bit just to make sure someone might come back. But I guess the employees were rushing to go home.

At the very least being a bit polite would’ve made me just get over it. But them being annoyed made it unprofessional when it was their mistake for throwing it too quick.

I’m not too sure if I want to come back because of this incident. Service could’ve...

Went because good pictures and rating. I have to say if mandarin isn’t your first language, it was hard to read the menu. It’s better next time to see the pictures with the menu at the digital screen near the checkout and you can order there anyway. Tried to google the pictures but it was hard. Tried their spring onion pancakes and I think it looks better than it tastes. Not that I have had spring onion pancakes before, so can’t judge. Xiao long bao was very nice and soft, nice soup and flavour inside. Tried Kaiyang noodle (if i dont remember wrong) with extra greens and suji. Didnt know what suji was but it’s like a mock meat. Noodle itself is very flavoursome. Also tried beef noodle soup and that was nice too. Some friends ordered the meejie noodle and whilst it looks amazing and looks like it has more toppings, they said the broth is quite bland. The place was busy and had some...

A cheapeats joint with the most expensive item being $12.50! Had no expectations given the price point but we were surprised! The broth of the beef soup noodle ($12.50) was super flavorsome, beef was tender (despite some of the reviews) and portion size was really generous for the price. Pork soup dumplings ($9.90) were also a hit - absolutely delicious and I cannot believe you get 8pcs for just under $10. Would definitely come back for these two dishes. The scallion pancake ($5.50) tasted ok but unfortunately too thick and only crispy in the very outer edges, leaving it tasting very dense and gluggy in the centre. The wonton noodles ($12.50) was also underwhelming with the broth being quite bland (especially compared to the beef noodle soup) and very tiny wontons. Will be back to try out other dishes
